One Must Fall was the game that got me into tracking 27ish years ago, so I was hyped to jump on the opportunity to remix one of its tracks.

I lifted a couple samples from the original desert theme and built around it, stripping out the less rock-oriented sensibilities (such as the organ riffs) and picking up the tempo to a more techstep-friendly 172 BPM, but retained those playful jazzy tritones which seem to be a recurring motif throughout the OMF soundtrack.

I tracked this with Renoise and employed Native Instruments' Session Guitarist along with Arturia Pigments. It's a little short for a drum and bass track but I aimed for concision rather than letting things drag on too far. Hope you enjoy!
